Although Angelia loves live, in-person teaching sessions most, her commitment to spreading the Gospel is promoted through various venues.
Lady AJP Ministries sponsors Through The Word Monday Meditations, just one of many venues for spreading the Gospel available through Lady AJP Ministries. These 7-15 minute Bible studies focus on key elements within scripture that will enlighten, encourage and empower you in the faith. Listen to the Audio Message, read along as the power points are presented, pray the closing prayer and then close with the powerful declaration. Meditate on God’s word and be ready to walk out His purpose by applying His principles.
Lady AJP Ministries has also launched a Video Version of Through The Word Monday Meditations! These videos include the scripture focus (The New King James Version) and a background song that supports the message. Each video message concludes offering a directed prayer with a visual that provides a soothingly relevant virtual prayer closet.
Through The Word Monday Meditations are just a window into the passion for God’s word that is portrayed through Lady AJP Ministries. Lady Angelia Talks… Teaches… Tunes…
“There are people in this world we hardly notice. There are people in our circle of friends we rarely observe. But I have found Sister Angelia J. Poole to be of a different spirit. I met Sister Poole as she served faithfully in multiple ministry areas across The Charlotte District of the AME Zion Church. She has a unique and distinguishing presence that makes her recognizable, even amongst the masses. As I moved around our district, it was easy for me to notice her serving in Christian Education, serving with great conviction in the music ministry, and in continual support of her pastor, her church, and any other place where they may have been a need. I am forever grateful for the significant contribution to our church family, that she has made over these past 2 years alone. Angelia has blessed us with her gifting of preaching multiple times for special services and even most recently during our Sunday Morning Service. She has done an excellent job of sowing into our congregation each time. Sister Poole has also supported us by sharing her teaching ministry. She facilitated and led a very well planned and well-presented adult seminar during our annual VBS. Each time I have been led by The Father to call on Sister Poole, I have been able to clearly see that she has not just been there seeking an opportunity, but truly there to help and serve out of a heart for God. I can’t express enough gratitude for her dedication of service to the Lord Jesus Christ through serving our local body of believers. I have been able to witness first hand her work ethic, her love for the Lord and His people and her spiritual gifts and callings. I have no doubt that God will continue to use her richly and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any that would consider her. We value her ministry among us and know that others will too. With heartfelt gratitude, we put into words in this letter what has long been on our hearts.”

“Mother’s Day 2017 we had the privilege of having Author Angelia J. Poole to speak at our event. Angelia’s speech was so empowering and profound! All of the ladies, young and old, appreciated her words of encouragement. I can’t wait to have her speak at another engagement of mine! She’s such a refreshing and encouraging woman of God. Thanks, Ms. Angelia for blessing my guests and myself.”

“Dear Ms. Poole! I want to thank you for coming to view the projects yesterday AND helping the students understand the power of branding. After your talk a few weeks ago, I had one student come up and say, “My project honestly needs some work. It’s terrible. It doesn’t reflect what your vision is, and I need to fix it.” His project is literally one that gives me, and most who have seen it, chills. When I choose a Guest Speaker, I don’t choose anyone for me. Often, I’m led, and I’ll be honest, and say through God, to ask a person to come to my class. I’m so protective over my big babies, that I dare not bring anyone that would talk down to them, be uninspiring and/or unmotivating. We’re fighting in a time where that type of mediocrity just cannot do. So I knew you would be amazing, but the light you put in them, and the joy you brought to them, that was all organically you. You are welcome to our classes ANY time, and if anyone is in need of such talent, they should look no further. You are wonderfully and creatively what people need. Again, Thank-You!”

“Angelia Poole was an outstanding Mistress of Ceremonies for our concert on June 26, 2016. She gave the audience an energy that was so amazing they willingly participated in the worship experience. There was a song that required exhortation at the end and when asked to fulfill this duty, Angelia didn’t hesitate to say yes. It was the last song of the concert & the atmosphere was set for inviting souls to join the body of Christ. Angelia was given the green light from our Pastor, Reverend Norman E. Kerry, Jr., to perform this duty since she was already flowing in The Spirit. I don’t think any of this would’ve transpired so naturally without Angelia. We will definitely extend the invitation for Angelia to join us again at our next concert.”

“It is such an honor to write this personal reference for Evangelist Angelia J. Poole. Her relationship with God is evident in every aspect of her life. She is a very humble and anointed servant of God. I first engaged her at Love Fellowship Church, Charlotte NC, where we both attended for a short time. As God would have it we crossed paths again in the AME Zion Church where Sister Poole has blossomed into an extraordinary woman of God as both an Author and Worship Leader. She recently led Praise and Worship at the opening of our Revival Services. There are no words to describe the gifts and talents she brings to the people of God. She truly is an asset to the body of Christ. We certainly look forward to future fellowship with her in the days and years to come.”
– Reverend David M. Gadsden, Pastor New Bethel AME Zion Church
“Greetings! It is with a humble heart, clear conscience, and a joyful spirit, that I offer both a heartfelt and a professional reference for Angelia Poole. I am beginning my third (or 4th) year of knowing and interacting with Angelia. When the interactions are fluid and the exchange of gifts flows freely, one will often forget the time frame. However; one never forgets the benefits and the satisfaction of being in the company of one who continuously gives to others. This is the case with Angelia. While she has many gifts, and she uses them effectively and appropriately, she uses her gifts to bless others and to always manifest the presence of God in her life. She is a walking expression of excellence as she speaks with knowledge, executes with precision, and obviously plans with forethought and understanding of her intended audience. Angelia’s presence is visible throughout the church, and the diligence she brings to any task is unsurpassed. As a worshiper, Youth Missionary leader, choir director, supporter of others, program participant, and Sunday School teacher, Angelia exemplifies many qualities. Yet, the one quality which overrides all others, is her intentionality. In all of her areas of service, what I see most is her ability to be intentional about what she is doing. She is always “present in the moment”; she is an active listener, she has the ability to anticipate outcomes and make adjustments, she is welcoming and engaging, she has a sense of “worthiness of all” which allows her to include all learning styles, and she is a true servant leader. As a former school administrator, small business owner, and currently Director of Christian Education, I recognize the skills of leadership and management. Angelia is a woman who is secure and understands the principles of influence, as well as the investment it takes to not only guide change in others, but to also guide change in herself. Angelia will succeed in any area because she realizes that success is a journey and not a destination. Therefore; she will continue to move forward as she shares her insights, wisdom, and enthusiasm with others.”
